Kenya is an enchanting country and few places in the world can better its varied tourist attractions.  The overwhelming appeal of the wildlife sanctuaries, glorious beaches, breathtaking scenery in a vast and unspoilt land, an almost perfect climate, sophisticated accommodation and a hospitable happy people.

With the gifts of nature bestowed in such profusion, Kenya remains the first choice country to visit in Africa.  There is so much to see and do the difficulty lies in deciding what to leave out of a Kenyan safari.

After the hard work put in by the incentive award winners, they can now enjoy a holiday like no other.  In the national parks and reserves they can enjoy watching the wild animals from close proximity from open top vehicles, and professional drivers and tour leaders will show them the animals in their natural settings.

A popular alternative is to drift over the wildlife in a hot air balloon for a new perspective and panoramic view.  Night game drives reveal the rarely seen nocturnal animals, while a walking safari gives an entirely new meaning to close encounters.  Accessibility to the national parks is easy and there is a choice between flying there and driving.  Some of the places are serviced by normal schedule flights but others are serviced by charter flights.

Night falls quickly in the tropics and gives one the opportunity to ..enjoy a bush dinner during which sighting of mammals, reptiles and birds are recounted……  Insects and hyenas provide the background music while the night sky is a symphony of stars. They enjoy bush cocktails, lunches and dinners specially arranged for them and these can be organized to their specifications with attention given to every detail.

After being on safari in the bush, the somewhat laid back attitudes of life at the coast makes a welcome change of pace.  It’s the place to switch off and soak up the sun, time to take off your watch and unwind.  At the coast, the influence of the ancient Swahili culture is everywhere.  Veiled women, discreet mosques, carved wooden doors, and hand made dhow.  Take a cruise on one of the dhows, enjoying a drink onboard as you watch the sun going down.  You can either have dinner on the dhow with entertainment by dancers and acrobats onboard or return a shoreline restaurant for unforgettable seafood dinner.  A dance band will keep you on your toes until you are ready to retire.

Theme parties, which reflect the history and culture of the coastal people, will be easily arranged for an incentive group.  These can be done in the hotel or Fort Jesus, which brings back the memories of the war between the Arabs and Portuguese.

Nowhere else in Africa can you observe so many cultures, all in and well in no hurry to change.  It’s fascinating to watch the people of Kenya going about their daily business
